CCS Award the AIP Certificate to the “Dinghai” Deep-sea Large- Capacity Floating Wind Turbine Platform

Recently, At the New Power System Innovation and Development Conference and the Innovation Achievements Release Conference, CCS awarded the AIP certificate for the Semi-Spar type “Dinghai” deep-sea large-capacity floating wind turbine platform jointly developed by Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute Corp., Ltd. and Harbin Engineering University.

As a high-end maritime strategic industrial equipment field that integrates ocean engineering and green power energy technology, floating wind power is not only one of the strategic emerging directions of Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute Corp., Ltd., but also one of the strategic areas for CCS’s technology research and development.

The “Dinghai” deep-sea high-capacity floating wind turbine platform has pioneered the Semi-Spar scheme, which has integrated five innovative technologies including structural type, floater materials, mooring materials, construction process, and installation technology, and its technical specifications regarding control and adaptability are international-leading.

Its complete set of conceptual design drawings has been approved in principle through CCS review, which fully reflects CCS’s technical service level in new technologies, and is also a specific practical action of CCS to actively promote the high-quality development of the clean energy industry.
