On May 20, CSSC Wuhan Marine Machinery (WMMP) delivered the offshore exploration test platform “Zhongnan Yuan 520”, which was built under general contract for PowerChina Zhongnan Engineering Corporation.
“Zhongnan Yuan 520” platform is a new generation of jack-up exploration test platform with high degree of intellectualization and full integration function manufactured by WMMP, and it is also the first offshore exploration test platform of PowerChina Zhongnan Engineering Corporation.
The platform is a jack-up four-pile leg platform with a deck operating area of 1,100 square meters, which can meet the demand of 60 people for 25 consecutive days of offshore operation.
