On the morning of May 11th, the second 3,100 TEU container ship CHB2020 built by Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard (Changhong International) for Log-In completed its sea trials successfully.
At present, the CHB2020 project team is sorting out the opinions from the shipowner and the ship inspectors on the sea trial and the remaining items to ensure the delivery at the end of the month.
Classed by DNV ,the 3100 TEU container ship is a safe and environmentally friendly green ship, in which the EEDI meets the requirements of phase 3, and it meets the requirements of Tier III for nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions and Annex VI for sulphur oxides (Sox) emissions in accordance with the specifications.
The owner has placed an order for two 3100 TEU container ships.
