On May 10, China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) released the Announcement on Resignation of Director.
The announcement disclosed that the Board of Directors of CMES has recently received a written resignation report submitted by Vice Chairman Wu Bo.
Wu Bo applied for resignation as Vice Chairman, Director and member of the Strategic Development Committee of the Seventh Session of the Board of Directors of the Company due to changes in work adjustment.
