On May 8, Fujian Guohang Ocean Shipping (Group) and Yu Chai Marine Power (YMP) held a signing ceremony for the main engine of 89,000 DWT “Methanol Dual Fuel” series bulk carriers.
It is understood that this signed methanol dual-fuel main engine is a new type of environmentally friendly marine engine, which will be installed on the 89,000 DWT dual-fuel new energy bulk carrier newly purchased and built by Guohang Ocean Shipping (Group), to achieve energy saving and emission reduction of dry bulk carriers and upgrade of the ship type.
The signing of this contract also marks a new height and a new milestone for both parties on top of the previous good cooperation foundation.
