From March 28 to April 4, Guangzhou Wenchong Dockyard Co., Ltd.(GWD), a backbone ship repair enterprise of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited. (CSSC), Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. (GSI), high-quality completed repairs and delivered 7 ships including “Shaoshan 8”, “Burgas”, “Sharp Ocean”, “Molyvos Lucky”, “Ussuri River”, “Adams”, “George Washington Bridge”.
On March 29, “Ussuri River” completed repair works and delivery on schedule.
“Ussuri River” is a chemical tanker of MGMT FZCO Company, which entered GWD for repairing on March 4. The main repair works include ballast tank painting, main engine repair, and conventional works under the docking repair waterline, etc.
On March 30th, GWD efficiently completed and delivered the vessel “Adams”.
“Adams” is a container ship of CONBULK SHIPMANAGEMENT CORPORATION, Greece, which is a new customer of GWD, and the main project of this vessel is sea damage repair. “Adams” entered GWD for repair on March 2, and it was finally completed the sea damage repair on March 30.
On March 30th, GWD completed and delivered the “George Washington Bridge” 2 days ahead of schedule.
“George Washington Bridge” is a container ship of K-line Company, which is a regular customer of GWD. The vessel entered the shipyard on March 10th. The main works include main engine crane cylinder overhaul, main engine bearing overhaul, hatch cover, deck, cargo hold structure repair and docking repair underwater works overhaul, hull painting, lashing bridge, etc.
On April 3rd, GWD completed and delivered the “Shaoshan 8” 3 days ahead of schedule.
March 21, “Shaoshan 8″ ship entered GWD for repair. The main works include cargo tank over-water painting, hull painting, routine dismantling and inspection of main engine bearings etc.
