On March 25, CIMC Enrico Holdings Limited (CIMC Enrico) released its 2023 annual results announcement to the public.
The announcement disclosed that in the annual results for 2023, CIMC Enrico achieved revenue of RMB23.626 billion (US$3.272 billion), a year-on-year increase of 20.5%; profit attributable to equity holders of RMB1.114 billion (approximately US$157 million), representing a year-on-year increase of 5.6%; and core profit of approximately RMB1.281 billion (approximately US$177 million), representing a an increase of 4.4% year-on-year.
According to the announcement, the Group’s cumulative new orders in 2023 and orders on hand as at the end of 2023 reached record highs, with cumulative new orders in 2023 amounting to RMB26.639 billion ( about US$3.690 billion) and orders on hand as at the end of 2023 amounting to RMB22.85 billion (about US$3.165 billion).
Among them, orders from the clean energy business grew significantly, with new orders from the clean energy business amounting to RMB18,573 million ( about US$2,572 million) during the period and orders on hand amounting to RMB16,637 million (about US$2,304 million) by the end of 2023.
New orders for the hydrogen energy business amounted to RMB831 million (approximately US$115 million) in 2023 and RMB335 million (approximately US$.046 billion) on hand at the end of 2023.
In 2023, new orders for the Chemical & Environmental and Liquid Food Business amounted to RMB3,304 million (approximately US$458 million) and RMB4,762 million (approximately US$670 million), respectively, and orders in hand at the end of 2023 amounted to RMB1,138 million (approximately US$158 million) and RMB5,075 million (approximately US$703 million), respectively.
