On March 19th, Qingdao SunRui Marine Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. (SunRui) and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.(SWS) held a signing ceremony for the “Ballast Water and Desulphurization System for 5 158K Tankers and and Cooperation for 100 Ships”.
Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding belongs to China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), which is one of the shipbuilding enterprises with great scale, modernization, specialization and influence in the industry.
Qingdao SunRui has been providing Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding with high-end supporting equipment since 2013, covering all the main ship types of the Shipyard. And up to now, the two sides have cooperated on 100 ships.
In recent years, Qingdao SunRui develops green and low-carbon ship environmental protection high-end equipment industry, of which, the ship ballast water management system orders totaled more than 4,000 ships, delivery of more than 3,000 ships, in the medium and large ship market share of the world’s first.
Its marine LNG gas supply system has continuously won bulk orders from world famous customers, ranking among the first tier in the world. The marine ammonia fuel supply system obtained the first order in the field of ammonia fuel-powered ships in the world.
Moreover, Qingdao SunRui has successfully developed ship exhaust gas desulfurization system, ship exhaust gas denitrification system, and marine methanol fuel supply system to build a diversified green ship supporting product system, which is in the leading position of the world.
