Recently, the world’s first WinGD 6X62-S2.0 HPSCR green intelligent electronically controlled main engine was successfully delivered at Dalian Marine Diesel Engine Co., Ltd (DMD), a Subsidiary of CSSC Engine Co.,Ltd(CSE).
As the latest energy efficient and green engine launched by WinGD, the 6X62-S2.0 main engine features shorter stroke, more compact structure, more reliable operation, precise control of fuel consumption, long service interval and service life of the main engine, which can reduce the operating cost of shipowners. It meet the T III emission standard of the International Maritime Organization, and is suitable for a wide range of ship types.
WinGD 6X62-S2.0 HPSCR main engine is equipped with WiCE main engine control system and WiCE SCR control system for the first time, which is easy to operate and maintain, and supports remote access and monitoring.
The successful delivery of the world’s first WinGD6X62-S2.0 HPSCR main engine has enhanced DMD’s development and manufacturing capability in green intelligent low-speed diesel engines.
