The company produce various types of boats for official law enforcement and safeguarding national sovereignty and maritime rights, such as patrol boats, law enforcement boats, fishery vessels and anti-smuggling boats.
With the completion of the intelligent manufacturing base marine advanced ships, the maximum tonnage of official law enforcement vessels that can be built by Jianglong Shipbuilding will be upgraded to more than 1,000 tons.
The 1,000-ton Marine Advanced Vessel Intelligent Manufacturing Base welcomed full completion in December 2023, according to the report.
The manufacturing base is located in the northwest end of Zhupai Industrial Zone, Shenwan Town, Zhongshan City, about 400 meters away from JJianglong Shipbuilding Zhongshan Science and Technology Park, with a construction area of more than 30,000 square meters.
The workshop is built in accordance with the standard workshop of 1,000 tons and 2,000 tons. There are three 1,000-ton outfitting berths with a total length of 262 m. The launching of the base adopts vertical winch type shiplift. There is a ship-lifting platform with a length of 158m and a width of 41m, and a combined hydraulic modular vehicle is used to move the ship, with a lifting capacity of up to 2,000 tons of net weight, which can greatly improve the efficiency and safety of the operation of the ship moving and launching the ship.
