On February 7th, Jiangsu HTWG Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hantong Group Co. successfully delivered 82,000 dwt bulk carrier HT82-253(SUCCESS TRADER) to Japanese ship owner Nisshin shipping. The delivery of this bulk carrier marks the successful delivery of 18 82,000 dwt bulk carriers by the shipyard in the year of Rabbit.
Jiangsu HTWG Heavy Industry delivered several 82,000 dwt bulk carriers to many well-known shipowners around the world, including Oldendorff (Germany), V. Vogemann (Germany), and Atlantska Plovidba (Croatia). The successful delivery of these bulk carriers not only demonstrates the shapyard’s outstanding capability in the global bulk carrier construction field, but also further consolidates it’s leading position in the global bulk carrier newbuilding market. By the end of 2023, the number of 82,000 dwt bulk carrier orders held by the shapyard ranks top in the world.
Jiangsu HTWG Heavy Industry has achieved a lot in 2023, including the delivery of several 1,200-ton wind power installation platforms and 3,600-ton deep-sea wind power crane vessels, the completion of standing piles for the 1,600-ton wind power installation platform (HT1600-283) project, and the completion of crane foundations and superstructure installation for the 4,000-ton crane vessel (HY76), etc.
