Recently, the 8,500-ton asphalt ship “Havva Anna” was successfully launched at Zhejiang Tenglong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
Havva Anna has an overall length of 119.998 metres, a beam of 18.5 metres, a depth of 9.5 metres and a design draught of 7.3 metres. The hull colour is “China Red”, which means auspiciousness and wealth.
This is the first asphalt vessel built by Zhejiang Tenglong Shipbuilding that meets the latest European carbon emission requirements.And it has the characteristics of high cargo oil tank temperature and the advantages of ice area reinforcement. What’s more, this ship has proactively installed a scrubber system to comply with emission tier III requirements, laying a solid foundation to go beyond the Asia-Pacific and enter the European and American emission-restricted regional markets.
The ship has reached the domestic advanced level in terms of manoeuvring performance and loading/unloading efficiency, as well as energy saving and environmental protection. It not only conforms to the needs of the shipbuilding industry change, but also fits the current green, energy-saving, low-carbon and environmental protection needs.
