Jiangsu Hantong Group delivers 82,000 DWT bulk carrier “Kristian Oldendorff”

On 1st February, Jiangsu Hantong Group Co., Ltd. successfully signed and delivered the 82,000 DWT bulk carrier “Kristian Oldendorff” to the German ship owner OLDENDORFF.

Designed by Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute (SDARI), the 82,000 DWT bulk carrier has an overall length of 229 metres, a beam of 32.26 metres, a depth of 20.35 metres, a design draught of 12.2 metres and a design speed of 14.0 knots. It has many advantages, such as low fuel consumption, green environmental protection, strong adaptive performance, energy saving and high efficiency, etc., which belongs to the mainstream bulk carrier ship type in the shipping market.

Kristian Oldendorff is the 11th ship in the series and the 30th ship to be successfully delivered to OLDENDORFF, which is classed by LR.
