Recently, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Jianglong Shipbuilding, the company’s 1,000-ton class marine advanced boat intelligent manufacturing base welcomed the full completion of the project.
It is reported that the 1,000-ton class marine advanced boat intelligent manufacturing base is located in the northwestern end of the bamboo row industrial zone, Shenwan Town, Zhongshan City, about 400 meters away from the Jianglong Shipbuilding’s Zhongshan Science and Technology Park, the construction scale of more than 30,000 square meters.
The workshops are built according to the standard of 1000 tons and 2000 tons, with three 1000-ton outfitting berths, the total length of the berths is 262 m. The launching of the base adopts vertical winch type shiplift. There is a ship-lifting platform with a length of 158m and a width of 41m, and a combined hydraulic modular vehicle is used to move the ship, with a lifting capacity of up to 2,000 tons of net weight, which can greatly improve the efficiency and safety of the operation of the ship moving and launching the ship.
Jianglong’s 1,000-ton marine advanced boat intelligent manufacturing base is to put into operation, which will realize a significant leap in the main scale, tonnage and total production capacity of the company’s products, further improve the company’s boat product system, expand the company’s boat products, including ultra-high-speed marine law enforcement vessels, clean energy vessels, minicruise ships, high-end passenger-roller boats and other high-performance, high-tech, high-value-added boat products, promoting the company’s development into high-end, internationalized, intelligent and modern boat manufacturing enterprises.
