Moen Marin AS Validates Two Steel-Aluminum Workboat Orders with Jianglong Shipbuilding

On April 28, Jianglong Shipbuilding issued the “Announcement on the Progress of Ship Orders”.

The announcement disclosed that on April 25, Jianglong Shipbuilding received the effectiveness document of the “VESSEL ORDER FORM” (Ship Order) for one of the four ship orders (Nab Cat21x12m) signed with Moen Marin AS on October 29, 2024, indicating that the ship order has come into effect.

On the same day, Jianglong Shipbuilding and Moen Marin AS signed a new (Nab Cat21x12m) steel-aluminum workboat “VESSEL ORDER FORM”, which took effect immediately on the same day. The total amount of the ship order is RMB 92,804,432 (approximately $127,142,207), accounting for 5.37% of the company’s audited operating income in 2024.

According to previous reports, the total amount of the shipbuilding contract signed by Jianglong Shipbuilding with Moen Marin AS on October 29, 2024 was RMB 629 million, accounting for 53.04% of the company’s audited operating income in 2023. The contract involves 12 steel-aluminum workboats, including 6 (Nab Cat21x12m) models, 3 (Nab Cat24x13m) models, and 3 (Nab Work26x12m) models.
