Dashenzhou Shipbuilding Secures Order for 13,000 DWT Stainless Steel Chemical Tanker

On April 25th, Primeco Navigation Limited (originally established as Hongtong Shipping) and Zhoushan Dashenzhou Shipbuilding held ceremony for three 13,000 DWT stainless steel chemical tankers for keel laying, steel cutting and signing.

The first 13,000 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker (WZ2301) was formally laid keel, and the hull structure of the vessel with modernized construction technology made its debut; the second vessel (WZ2302) was kicked off construction, and the automated production line equipped with intelligent system was launched, marking that the new generation of energy-saving chemical tankers formally entered into construction; the third 13,000 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker (WZ2305) was successfully contracted, clarifying the mechanism of “Design-Build-Operate” full-cycle collaboration.
