On April 14th, Ju Shen Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ju Shen Logistics”) issued the “Announcement on the Signing of Shipbuilding Contract.”
The announcement disclosed that Hainan Ju Shen Logistics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ju Shen Logistics, signed a “Shipbuilding Contract” with a certain ship engineering company for the construction of deck barges, with a total contract value of RMB 78.78 million (approximately US$ 10.77 million). According to relevant regulations, some information of this contract was identified as a trade secret, so the company exempted some of the information from disclosure.
The contract, which according to the announcement consists mainly of the purchase of two deck barges, will come into effect after it is stamped and signed by all parties.
