Recently, China Yangtze Shipping Group officially took delivery of the new-generation 130-meter pure LNG-powered bulk carrier “Changhang Huoyun 005”, built by Zhijiang Shengmao Shipyard.
As a demonstration ship of a national key project, the ship has a total length of 129.98 meters, a beam of 16.2 meters, a designed draft and cargo capacity of 7,500 tons and a maximum draft and cargo capacity of 9,800 tons. It is currently the first new generation 130-meter green and intelligent standard ship on the Yangtze River that uses pure LNG power.
The ship has made breakthrough progress in green technology. It is equipped with a single fuel engine and an AC shore power system. Its CO2 emissions are 20% lower than those of diesel-powered ships of the same route and type. It has obtained the “Green Ship-2” green ship classification symbol from China Classification Society.
The ship has made breakthrough progress in green technology. Equipped with a single fuel engine and an AC shore power system, the ship’s CO2 emissions are 20% lower than those of diesel-powered ships of the same route and type, and it has obtained the “Green Ship-2” green ship classification notation from China Classification Society. The LNG micro-pilot ignition power supply control system engineering prototype meets the Phase II emission requirements of China’s National Standard GB15097, with methane slip controlled at ≤10g/kWh.
In terms of intelligence, the “Changhang Huoyun 005” ship has obtained the i-Ship (N, Mm) classification notation and is equipped with an enhanced perception and safety assisted driving system. By integrating more than ten types of sensor equipment such as Beidou/GPS, radar, AIS, etc., it can realize comprehensive display of navigation status information and safety warnings in harsh environments.
The auxiliary berthing and unberthing system innovatively applies a combination of laser radar and multiple cameras, significantly improving the safety factor of ship berthing operations. The intelligent engine room system builds an intelligent operation and maintenance system through ship-shore data synchronization technology, which can perform condition-based maintenance on the main propulsion engine.
