This type of 157000 DWT tanker has an overall length of 274.3m, a beam of 48m, a depth of 23.2m, a design draught of 16m, a hull draught of 17.15m with a capacity of 172,000cbm and a hull draught of 156,600mt deadweight tonnage.
On the afternoon of March 7, New Times Shipbuilding held a naming ceremony for a 113,500 DWT oil tanker, which was named “SAMOTHRAKI”.
It is understood that Dynacom has ordered two 113,500 DWT oil tankers, with a total length of 249.9 meters, a beam of 44 meters, a depth of 21.5 meters, a designed draft of 13.6 meters, a structural draft of 15.2 meters, a cargo capacity of 130,950 cbm and a deadweight of 113,500 tons, which is classed by BV.
On March 5th and 10th, New Times Shipbuilding signed the delivery documents with Greek shipowner Polembros and Greek shipowner Dynacom respectively, the 79#157,000 DWT oil tankers and 50#113,500 DWT oil tankers were delivered to the owners for operation one after another, and 80#157,000 DWT oil tankers will be delivered in the near future.
