Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries wins orders for several large-tonnage advanced lifting equipment

Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries announced that its GENMA brand has recently secured orders for three ship-building gantry cranes and two deck cranes. The newly acquired orders will be manufactured by its subsidiary, Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries.

The ship-building gantry cranes awarded this time with lifting capacities of 1,800 tons, 1,200 tons and 400 tons respectively. They can fully meeting diversified lifting needs, ranging from large ship hull sections to heavy components, and are suitable for various complex application scenarios in the shipbuilding industry.

In terms of power system arrangement, GENMA large ship-building gantry cranes apply advanced energy feedback technology, which can convert the gravitational potential energy generated during the operation of the equipment into electrical energy for recycling, thus realizing the efficient operation of the equipment with low consumption and environmental protection, which is of great significance for enhancing the production efficiency of the shipbuilders and reducing the operating costs.

In addition, the two 45-ton deck cranes are of A8 working class, equipped with both grab buckets and lifting hooks, which have significant advantages in terms of operating intensity, operating efficiency and material applicability, and can meet the needs of high-intensity, high-frequency operations, especially for complex conditions such as material barging at terminals.

In terms of energy efficiency and environmental protection, the equipment adopts an advanced thermal management system integrated with an adaptive air volume adjustment function. This ensures efficient operation while effectively preventing energy waste, reducing wear and tear on system components, and extending the equipment’s service life.
