Recently, the main beam of a 1,000-ton gantry crane manufactured by Jiangsu Huacheng Heavy Industry for Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard (Changhong International) was successfully shipped. The gantry crane has been fully built and will be assembled on site after the delivery of other parts such as outriggers.
It is understood that the total weight of the 1,000-ton gantry crane is nearly 7,000 tons, the span is 236.5 meters, and the technical parameters have reached the domestic leading level, which can meet the needs of large and heavy equipment in the construction of ultra-large ships. This project is the largest shipbuilding gantry crane product undertaken by Huacheng Heavy Industry, and it is also the second 1,000-ton gantry crane built by the company.
According to reports, Huacheng Heavy Industry is mainly engaged in port cranes, ship structural parts, heavy steel structure parts and other products. Due to the outbreak of ship building and repair market, the ship crane market is obviously speeding up, this year the company has delivered and completed 26 cranes, realizing an output value of 360 million yuan.
