Zhejiang Donghong Shipbuilding announced that after two 600-ton gantry cranes last year and one 700-ton gantry crane this year were put into use, another 500-ton gantry crane was successfully installed. The company will continue to optimize and upgrade the gantry cranes and other equipment in the future to promote the further enhancement of its hardware strength.
According to the official website, Zhejiang Donghong Shipbuilding is located in Xiangshan Hepu Shipbuilding Industrial Zone of Shipu Port in Ningbo City, close to Sanmen Bay, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation.
Donghong Shipbuilding holds six subsidiaries including Xiangshan Pudong Shipyard and Ningbo Donghong Shipping Development, which was first founded in 1990 and reorganized in 2004.
At present, Donghong Shipbuilding owns 8 slipways of 20,000-150,000 tons, and its annual shipbuilding capacity exceeds 600,000 tons.
