New Times Shipbuilding breaks ground for CONGLOMERATE ‘s two 11,400 TEU dual-fuel powered container ships

On November 25, New Times Shipbuilding held a steel cutting ceremony for two 11,400 TEU dual-fuel powered container ships built for Italian shipowner CONGLOMERATE MARITIME LIMITED.

The two ships started this time are the second and third ships in the 11,400 TEU series of dual-fuel powered container ships ordered by the shipowner CONGLOMERATE MARITIME LIMITED. It is reported that the Italian shipowner has ordered ten 8,100 TEU and ten 11,400 TEU dual-fuel-powered container ships from New Times Shipbuilding.

It can load the specified dry cargo containers, refrigerated containers and designated dangerous cargo containers. The total length of this type of ship is 335 meters, the beam is 45.6 meters, the structural draft is 16 meters. It is driven by a single propeller and dual-fuel engine, and meets the Tier 3 requirements for nitrogen oxide emissions.
