ROC passed the review of shipbuilding qualification

Recently, the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu organized a team of experts to review and evaluate the production conditions of Jiangsu Province’s Grade I Class II Steel General Shipbuilding Manufacturing Enterprises applied by Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (ROC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.

The expert team listened to the detailed introduction of ROC and checked the facilities, equipment, production and management of the site, etc. ROC passed the review successfully with complete, authentic and truthful materials.

The criteria for review and evaluation are mainly based on the People’s Republic of China shipbuilding industry standard “Basic Requirements and Evaluation Methods for Production Conditions of Ship Producing Enterprises” (CB/T3000-2019).

The standard specifies in detail the specific conditions of ship production enterprises in terms of general requirements, management requirements, personnel requirements, measurement and testing requirements, production facilities requirements, production equipment requirements and other aspects.

The successful passing of this review indicates that ROC has implemented strict standards and procedures, continuously met the standards for producing high-quality ships, and laid a solid foundation for the company to further expand the ship market.
