Shandong Port signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement with Huawei

On November 21, Shandong Port Group and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei) signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement in Qingdao.

According to the agreement, the two parties will actively carry out cooperation in port digital transformation and establish a comprehensive, in-depth and sustainable strategic partnership. Through comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in 5G, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, converged communications and other fields, they will jointly promote the construction of smart ports, jointly explore comprehensive solutions, create a demonstration and benchmark for the port industry, and accelerate the construction of a world-class ocean port.

Before the signing, Tao Jingwen, Director of Huawei and President of Quality Process IT, introduced the cooperation between the two parties and looked forward to the future prospects. Since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties have fully utilized their respective advantages in resource allocation and service functions, deepened exchanges and cooperation, accelerated the implementation of projects, promoted the digital transformation of ports, promoted the cultivation of digital talents, and accelerated the construction of internationally leading smart green ports.
