CTW (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering takes delivery two 350FT jack-up self-elevating platforms

On November 12, China Merchants Jingling Shipyard (Weihai) Co. Ltd. CMJL (Weihai) completed and delivered the fourth and fifth 350FT jack-up self-elevating platforms “RAWABI JUB 610” and “RAWABI JUB 611” built for CTW (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering.

“RAWABI JUB 610” and “RAWABI JUB 611” are multi-functional platforms with a pile leg length of 107 meters, an overall hull length of 67.2 meters, a width of 40 meters, and a depth of 6.1 meters. These two platforms can accommodate 150 personnel each and are designed for operations in water depths of up to 65 meters. After delivery, they are mainly used for oil and gas field service operations in Saudi Arabian waters.

According to reports, these two platforms are another delivery to VALLIANZ and RAWABI companies by CTW (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering, following the delivery of two platforms in July this year.

CTW (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering is located in TEDA Tianjin, which in business of marine engineering technology research/consult/service and marine engineering equipment supervising production/sales/rental service, mainly engaged in self-elevating unit design/supervising production and sales, and CTW is one of three international full design company of self-elevating unit.

CTW (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering serves many large international enterprises, and has established good and stable long-term cooperation with China Merchants heavy industry, China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.
