Jinglu Shipyard Delivers 7,999DWT Bunker Tanker to Singapore’s Consort Bunkers

On October 21st, Singapore Consort Bunkers took delivery of a 7,999DWT bunker tanker “PEARL KAJA”. This vessel is the seventh in the series and the twenty-first vessel delivered by Chinese shipbuilder Penglai Zhongbai Jinglu Ship Industry Co., Ltd. (Jinglu Shipyard) this year.

It is understood that “PEARL KAJA” is a green energy-saving and environmentally friendly vessel with high market competitiveness. The vessel has an overall length of 114.99 meters, a beam of 19.00 meters, a depth of 10.00 meters, a design draft of 7.20 meters, a cargo hold capacity of 9,000 cubic meters and a speed of 12 knots.

The vessel is fitted with double engines and double propellers, bow thruster, special coating for cargo tanks, which is suitable for loading heavy oil and light diesel oil.

Equipped with 3 sets of cargo oil pumps, including 2 sets of belt pumps and 1 set of electric pumps, the vessel can provide 2400m³/h loading capacity and 2000m³/h unloading capacity, with high efficiency and energy saving system and many excellent features such as green environmental protection.
