Recently, China Railway Science and Industry Group successfully won the bidding of lifting equipment and slipway launching system equipment Installation Project for Yichang Green Intelligent Ship Industrial Park.
It is reported that the total planning area of Yichang Green Intelligent Ship Industrial Park project is 1588 mu. The project is divided into three major segments: green shipbuilding, advanced shipbuilding and charging and switching and triboelectricity supporting business, which is committed to building a green and intelligent ship production base for the whole industry chain in the middle reaches of the Changjiang River.
China Railway Science and Industry is responsible for the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the slipway launching system equipment for ships with a maximum deadweight of 7,000 tons, as well as more than 80 pieces of lifting equipment in the park.
The slipway launching system mainly includes key components such as pulling system, inclined ship frame and electric control system etc.; lifting equipment covers a wide range of types such as single girder cranes, double girder cranes, gantry cranes and portal cranes.
To meet the launching needs of the maximum length of 150 meters, the maximum weight of 7,000 tons ships, China Railway Science and Industry Group give full play to the non-standard customized equipment and lifting machinery in the field of professional and technical advantages, targeting the development of synchronous control system equipment, through the analysis of data algorithms, pre-processing, so as to achieve a high degree of automation of the system of water launching, and significantly improve operational efficiency.
