On September 20, Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), together with China Shipbuilding Trading Co. Ltd (CSTC) and T.S. LINES, held a signing ceremony for two 4,300 TEU containerships in Guangzhou, China.
The signed 4300TEU container ship is the representative product of Huangpu Wencong to enter the medium-sized container ship market, which is also the company’s key focus on the ship type in this market sector.
T.S. LINES is a regular customer of Huangpu Wencong. Since the beginning of 2019, Huangpu Wenchong has delivered five 1,900 TEU containerships and three 2,700 TEU containerships to T.S. LINES.
In line with the industry trend of energy saving, environmental protection, green and high efficiency, Huangpu Wencong serves the global shipowners with excellent construction level, and the market share of feeder containerships has been ranked the first in the world for many years.
