On September 19,Fujian Southeast Shipyard Co., Ltd (Southeast Shipyard), a subsidiary of Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Corporation (Fujian Shipbuilding), successfully delivered the 1800TEU container ship (MW463-7) built for MSC.
The new ship was named MSC AEBIN. Classed by DNV classification society, MSC AEBIN has a length of 172 meters, a beam of 28.40 meters, a depth of 16.00 meters, and a design draft of 8.50 meters.
It can sail in unrestricted global waters and is suitable for handling dry cargo containers, cold containers and containers of specific dangerous goods.
It is understood that MSC AEBIN is the 9th ship delivered by Fujian Shipbuilding to MSC.
