ZPMC and AD Ports Group Sign LOI for Cooperation

On September 11, Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery (ZPMC) and AD Ports Group signed a letter of intent (LOI) for cooperation in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

According to the LOI, ZPMC will provide nine query-side container cranes and 23 mobile cranes for AD Ports Group’s ports in Egypt, Angola and Congo-Brazzaville, which is the first time AD Ports Group enters the African market.

Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, Director and Chief Executive Officer of AD Ports Group, said that the Group is committed to improving the infrastructure layout, innovating technological solutions, and adding value for customers and partners.

The signing of this contract is a new milestone in the cooperation between the two sides, and hopes that the two sides will further improve the mode of cooperation, promote the complementarity of advantages, and work together to achieve win-win cooperation.

The party secretary and chairman of ZPMC said that the company is accelerating the development of high-end, intelligent, green and internationalization, and comprehensively improving the integrated service capacity of equipment manufacturing to help AD Ports Group’s high-quality development.
