The announcement disclosed that the former chairman of the board of directors of Jinjiang Shipping, Zhuang Xiaoqing, applied for resignation as director and chairman of the board of directors of the company for work reasons. Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG), the controlling shareholder of Jinjiang Shipping, recommended Shen Wei as a director of the company.
Public information shows that Zhuang Xiaoqing was born in November 1971, is now 53 years old, served as deputy secretary of the party committee of SIPG, director, chairman of the labor union, chairman of the board of directors of Jinjiang Shipping and other positions before this resignation.
According to the announcement of SIPG on July 23, 2022, Shen Wei worked as the general manager of the office in SIPG.
