August 28, Nantong Ocean Ship Equipment/ COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry Technology (Weihai) (“CHIT”) held a new product conference in Nantong with completely independent intellectual property rights of “Blue Ocean Shield” brand, and proudly launched the largest printing width of high-speed full-width scribing printing intelligent equipment in the shipbuilding industry.
According to reports, the intelligent equipment successfully applied a new generation of intelligent manufacturing information technology, each device is equipped with 64 PZT inkjet piezoelectric ceramic nozzles, with a maximum printing speed of 50m/min.
The equipment can complete the high-speed printing of two-dimensional code, pictures and line segments, etc. It solves the single application problem that some domestic existing equipments can only scribe and some foreign equipments can only inkjet, realizes the effective functional integration of inkjet and scribe, which can complete all the operations when jet printing, greatly improving the production efficiency and product quality.
Meanwhile, the equipment can also be customized and configured according to the shipyard’s annual consumption of steel plate and pre-treatment efficiency to provide personalized service.
