Wuhu Shipyard signs a new shipbuilding base

On August 22nd, Tri Water New Energy Technology, a subsidiary of Wuhu Shipyard signed the contract of Chizhou Intelligent Green Shipbuilding Base Project with Chizhou Municipal Government.

Under the trend of energy conservation and emission reduction in the global shipping industry, China’s shipping industry has ushered in a new revolution of green energy and accelerated its progress toward the goal of “dual carbon”. Tri Water New Energy Technology, focusing on inland river, offshore green intelligent ship research and development and manufacturing.

It is understood that this signed base in Chizhou, relying on the location advantage of Wusha Town, will be built into a green and intelligent ship base with ship research, development and manufacturing as the core, ship maintenance, dismantling, and recycling economy as the integrated green and intelligent ship characteristic town.

Wuhu Shipyard will deeply integrate elements and resources, accelerate the construction and development of the base, and promote the iterative development of the new energy shipbuilding industry production function, with a view to building into the first domestic new energy shipbuilding base and opening up a new chapter in the development of Anhui shipbuilding industry.
