New Times Shipbuilding completed several production nodes

On August 14, the preparations for the launching of a new 115,000 DWT oil tanker and a 50,000 DWT Class II chemical tanker were being carried out in an orderly manner in the 1# dock of New Times Shipbuilding.

The first launched vseesl is the 115,000 DWT oil tanker. Classed by LR, the oil tanker has an overall length of 249.9 meters, a beam of 44 meters, a depth of 21.5 meters, a design draft of 13.6 meters, a structural draft of 15.2 meters and a deadweight of 115,800 tons.

It is the first of two 115,000 DWT tankers ordered by Greek owner Capital, which also has ordered six 155,500 DWT LNG dual-fuel crude oil tankers and two 112,500 DWT LNG dual-fuel product tankers at New Times Shipbuilding.

In the evening of the same day, the 50,000 DWT Class II chemical tanker was also slowly launched.

The 50,000 DWT Class II chemical tanker, built for the British owner Navig8, has an overall length of 183.24 meters, a beam of 32.2 meters, a depth of 19.1 meters, a design draught of 11 meters, a structural draught of 13.3 meters, and a structural draught under deadweight tonnage of 49,200 MT.

On August 16, Singapore shipowner EPS has ordered six 50,000 DWT Class II chemical tankers from New Times Shipbuilding, and the chemical tanker keel laid this time is the first one in the series.

This 50,000 DWT Class II chemical tanker has an overall length of 183.24 meters, a beam of 32 meters, a depth of 19.1 meters, a design draught of 11 meters, a structural draught of 13.3 meters and a structural draught under deadweight tonnage of 49,450 MT.

Greek owner Capital has ordered two 115,000 DWT tankers from New Times Shipbuilding, and this keel laid tanker is the second one in the series.

It is reported that the owner has also ordered six 155,500DWT LNG dual-fuel crude oil tankers, two 112,500 DWT LNG dual-fuel product tankers and 6+4 8,400 TEU LNG dual-fuel containerships from New Times Shipbuilding.
