On August 2, the two bulk carriers of 63,500DWT (XY103) and 63,550DWT (XY097) built by XMXYG Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd.(XMXYG SOE) for the two owners Japan Doun Kisen and CZB Financal Leasing were launched. All the processes of the two bulk carriers have been efficiently completed in dock, and the integrity of the launching has been highly praised by the shipowners.
Nearly 100% of the installation works of the bulk carrier (Hull No.: XY103) before launching were completed; the coating of each area was basically finished; the generator and SCR load test report was completed; the anchor winch can be started and opreated; internal communication, navigational signal lights, lighting system commissioning was completed, and the overall mooring test commissioning was completed by about 50%.
It is reported that the two bulk carriers will take their sea trials in mid to late August and will be delivered in early September
