On 17 July 2024, A Strategic Cooperation Agreement on ESG system construction and digital transformation in international ship maintenance industry was officially signed between IMC Shipyard (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd (IMCZY) and DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV), the global leader and experts in maritime, independent energy and technology services.
