Recently, the main body of TYPE 3 platform “HEA AL KHATEM” built by CSSC Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant (WMMP) was completed.
This platform is a jack-up living service platform designed and constructed by WMMP independently, possessing completely independent intellectual property rights.
With a length of 64.2m, a width of 35.4m, and a speed of 6 knots, the platform has a crew capacity of 150 people. It is equipped with a set of 100T@25m leg encircling crane independently built by WMMP, a set of 15T@25m auxiliary crane and a set of electric rack and a lifting system with a lifting speed of 60m/h.
It is reported that the project is about to enter the floating mooring commissioning.
