At the same time, SWS carried out pre-assembly and lifting inspections on the first batch of assembled balconies, and carried out safety overhaul on a series of jigs required for lifting, so as to lay a solid foundation for smooth lifting.

SWS redefined the construction strategy of balcony package to achieve the goal of cost control and efficiency improvement through localization of installation projects, and to promote the construction of localized supply chain.

SWS emphasized that the project management team should continue to strengthen cooperation and communication with various departments to promote experience exchange and sharing; pay attention to the experience of the first cruise ship and turn it into new productivity, do a good job of project risk identification; improve quality and efficiency under the premise of ensuring safe operation; further implemented the company’s cost control requirements and continued to promote the localization of the cruise engineering supply chain.

All the work on balcony and glass related will be implemented gradually according to the production plan. Around the key production point, the company continues to deepen the process optimization, improve the work efficiency, with the overall cost control as the goal, to ensure the production and construction.
