Hainan Luoyuan Shipbuilding Industry fined for unauthorized production on an uninhabited island

On July 7, because of unauthorized production and construction activities on uninhabited islands, Hainan Luoyuan Shipbuilding Industry was recently fined RMB 150,000 yuan.

The results of the investigation by the Sanya Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau pointed out that Hainan Luoyuan Shipbuilding Industry was engaged in production and construction activities on the uninhabited island of Kirinpo, constructing 27 movable board houses, and storing one derelict ship and all kinds of production facilities and materials.

June 25, Sanya Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau made a fine of 150,000 yuan in accordance with the law of Hainan Luoyuan Shipbuilding Industry for its above violations.

It is reported that the registered address of Hainan Luoyuan Shipbuilding Industry is Sanya Yazhou District Creative Industry Park (Hainan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base).

Founded in 2014, it is the only company in the south of Hainan that has obtained the qualification of shipbuilding, and at present, the company builds all the ships with the length of 80 meters*25 meters with the height of 4 meters or less.
