Aulong Shipbuilding Receives Order For Three 40-Meter All-Aluminum Alloy High-Speed Catamaran Passenger Vessels

Recently, Aulong Shipbuilding has successfully signed a contract with Shenzhen China Merchants Xunlong Shipping for the project of three 40-meter-class all-aluminum alloy catamaran high-speed passenger vessels.

The vessel is of full aluminum alloy catamaran structure, with an overall length of 40.33 meters, a beam of 10.0 meters and a depth of 3.4 meters. It is powered by double main engines and double spray pumps, with a design speed of 29.5 knots and a capacity of 268 passengers.

Aulong Shipbuilding is a joint venture between Austal, a technologically advanced aluminum alloy high-speed boat builder in Australia, and Jianglong Shipbuilding, a well-known high-performance boat manufacturer in China.
