SXD signs four-stroke diesel engine license agreement with MAN

On June 24, China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) Shanxi Diesel Heavy Industry (SXD) and German MAN Energy Solutions (MAN) held a signing ceremony for the license agreement of MAN four-stroke diesel engine, on the occasion of the twenty years of cooperation between the two sides.

It is reported that twenty years ago, SXD and MAN joined hands to open the road of development of medium and high-speed high-power diesel engines and generator sets in China.

Taking the signing of this license agreement as an opportunity, SXD will further strengthen the cooperative relationship with MAN and China Shipbuilding Trading (CSTC), work together to cultivate the existing market, and continue to promote the optimization and upgrading of product structure.

At the same time, SXD will continue to explore emerging areas, adhere to the promotion of “low-carbon and zero-carbon” development, and be flexible enough to make new changes under the new business model.
