It is understood that this refrigerated fishmeal processing vessel is an emerging marine aquatic products processing vessel, which is equivalent to a large integrated platform for marine processing. The vessel can work seamlessly with fishing vessels at sea, taking the catch as raw material and processing it directly into fishmeal, fish oil and other high value-added products at sea. It greatly shortens the round-trip time of fishing vessels, improves the production efficiency and the quality of fishmeal, reduces the pollution of fishmeal processing, building a whole industry chain mode of sea fishing catch processing at sea.
This customized refrigerated fishmeal processing vessel for Changrong aquaculture development has an overall length of 128 meters, a width of 24 meters, a depth of 8 meters with a gross tonnage of 12,078. And it is equipped with four fishmeal processing production lines on board with a daily output of 2,000 tons of fishmeal, which is the largest and most technologically advanced fishmeal processing vessel in China at present.
