On June 19, Mawei Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group, signed an order for 4+2+2 unit 94.76m Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) with a Greek shipowner.
With an overall length of 94.76 meters, a beam of 19.00 meters, a depth of 8.00 meters and a structural draught of 6.5 meters, this PSV is mainly used for the transfer of industrial personnel and materials from offshore drilling platforms. Classed by LR Classification Society, the PSV meets the requirements of DP(AA), ECO class notation, etc., which is an efficient and economical offshore maintenance workboat.
